@flipkartsupport Checked DM and the response. Advising me to check with customer executive of Flipkart. Already contacted there before posting issue here. Executive Rajni advised me to wait for 11pm. Not sure why your team is not checking the deliver agent number. Crux of the issue

Disappointed with @Niva_Bupa for rejecting cashless claim request even after providing all documents from Apollo hospital. They are pushing for pay first and then request for reimbursement. It is causing undue stress to patient. It's essential to prioritize patient well-being.

1st request was denied in lack of Dr certificate. Same was provided.
Request was approved
Again request was denied.
How come request was denied within 4 hours of time post approval. This is sad

@Niva_Bupa We are still struggling to get the claim. In afternoon cashless request was approved and then during discharge process, again request was rejected mentioning that patient has pre-existing illness which is totally false. If you need evidence plesse check claim ID 510229 for 2022

I applied for AXIS flipkart card which was approved 2 months back. But welcome kit not delivered to me till now. My card statement is generated and last date of payment is 5th May. No support from cc as well
