Very disappointed with @LifelongOnline customer service. U promised a technician visit within 48–72 hours, but it's been 5 days & no technician has visited yet. Although ur team responded to my calls, the issue is still unresolved with no service provided. Plz resolve this.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago 3rd class services your providing. I will raise issue in Consumer Court. Your team asking again and again what issue your facing we are already explain for sure. Your playing with customer emotions.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago I'm following since 7th August could you please ask your team to act immediately. They are give false commitment saying like technician will come within 24 hours. Today they have mentioned technician will come today at any cost. I have call recording as well.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago A technician visited and resolved the issue temporarily. However, after using the treadmill again, the same problem has reoccurred. We have contacted Lifelong Customer Care once more and requested a permanent resolution.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago We raised the issue again on 7th August and shared the invoice and address details as requested. However, we have not received any update or confirmation regarding the technician visit yet.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago Please ask your team to arrange a revisit by an experienced technician to thoroughly inspect the treadmill and identify the root cause of the recurring issue.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago We have been hearing the same response for the past 8 days. First, we were told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, and then we were promised that a technician would be sent within 2 hours. However, neither commitment has been fulfilled.
@lifelong_online@jagograhakjago It has been almost 24 hours, and we still haven't received any customer service or an update. What kind of service are you providing to your customers?
Req No.: 1334437
Plz provide an update on the status of my request as soon as possible.

Why is Bollywood tongue-tied when it comes to Pakistan? Is patriotism just for movie scripts? Soldiers give their lives — but our stars can’t give their voice?
