To request cancellation of order, I connected with the chat agent and he said, there will be a cancellation charge of 481rs, which was even more than my parcel amount. Although I got a full refund after an hour long discussion but that's for sure, I am deleting @Swiggy from now.

I don't know how many people have faced this harsh reality but this is the truth. I just simply ordered something in Ahmedabad while in Delhi & what @Swiggy did, is the worst thing ever. Never seen the worst food delivery service like this ever.

The delivery was for some special occasion and the delivery boy first refused to deliver on the exact location. He said he is unaware of that location, so I understand his side as well and then tried to cancel. And there happened a loot by @Swiggy.

जानवरों से बदतर हो चुकी है दिल्ली के बस यात्रियों की जिंदगी ।

एक तरफ बसों मे ठीक से खड़े होने की जगह नही है दूसरी तरफ जेबकतरो��� के ग्रुप भूखे भेड़ियों की तरह दिल्ली के बस यात्रियों की जगह-जगह बसो मे जेब काट रहे है ।

इस देश मे कोई भी दिल्ली के बस यात्रियों को बचाने वाला नही है ।

दिल्ली में पिछले साल 7300 बसे थी जो इस समय घटकर 4900 हो गई है। @ConvergenceCESL ने 2023 में चार हजार बसों का वर्क ऑर्डर दिया। ऑर्डर तो हो गया लेकिन उनमें 2 कंपनियां ऐसी निकम्मी निकली जिन्होंने पहले 2 साल इंतजार किया सरकार बदलने का उसके बाद काम शुरू किया। एक @switchmobilitye जिसने 950 में से अभी तक 60 बस ही दी है और greencell मोबिलिटी ने तो 570 में से 1 भी बस नहीं दी।
नतीजा दिल्ली वाले भुगत रहे है। इनकी कोई जवाबदेही नहीं है कोई टाइमलाइन नहीं है कब तक बसे देंगे। क्या इनपर कोई कार्यवाही होगी या दिल्ली की परिवहन व्यवस्था लकवाग्रस्त ही रहेगी? @NITIAayog @dtchq_delhi @dtc_union @EESL_India
