@AEscalanteMD @AEscalanteMD In Canada they’ve increased parental leave from 12 to 18 months which can be split between both parents. BUT the cost of childcare at 12+ months is 💸 causing many families to debate if it’s worth sending kids just to live paycheck to paycheck.
