Last week, the process for Biennial Transparency Report 2 for Eswatini was launched at Hilton, Mbabane. I'm honoured that Govt. of Eswatini tasked me to write Chapter 4 on “Information on financial, technology development & transfer & capacity‑building support.” @commonwealthsec
