@iqrafatma1278 What you experienced was someone doing thr job they were being paid to do. Nothing exceptional. Tips should be given voluntarily by the patron of their own free will because rhey liked the service provided.

@LGIndia So I finally received a call from someone at LG. He asked me what the issue was. After I explained the issue, he said he would call me back in 20 minutes. That was a few hours ago. I just received the attached SMS. Very confused.
@AmazonHelp So finally sorted out what happened. The product was damaged during transit. This should have been updated in the system and options given to me as customer. This is a process issue that is an easy fix. Why make me wait needlessly and then follow up publicly?
Hi Waseem. Yesterday I provided the order number and you suggested that I not do that. It is very surprising that Amazon does not have the ability to track where the package is after it has reached the city where it is meant to be delivered. Is it in a warehouse, in a truck, etc. someone has an answer to this question. Who?
