@jamiegoode The INAO and The EU should be funding massive projects like @RandallGrahm’s popelouchum where seeds are planted and then selected for desirable traits (monoecious, flavors etc.) But giving plants the opportunity to adapt to their environment I think is likely our best bet.

@jamiegoode They might be more approachable in England. But I’ve found more and more Glou-glou wines to be $30-50 and I like wines that are smashable, but whose got this kind of money for ‘session’ drinking.
