Can a exam be conducted without completing the entire syllabus, maximum studies have been done in pdf and online basis so how come the examination is taken.

Student রা আজ বিব্রান্ত তারা কি করবে তারা কিছু ভেবে না পেয়ে আজ Suicide করছে এর দায়িত্ব কে নিবে CU??
