Worst experience @urbancompany_UC. Took ₹16,799 advance for Native Lock, failed to install for 20 days, now holding my refund hostage. Every day support says "5-7 days." It’s been nearly a month. Refund my money!

@UC_Assist Still no resolution. The return was completed on 15th June, but 8 days have passed without a refund. @urbancompany_UC, please stop delaying and process my money immediately.
