@RelianceDigital 10 days before it's status is showing returned n now it's showing delivered how is it possible if the return is initiated how you can deliver the product n if you are delivering you should call the customer and ask for otp but the customer has no information what's going on

@RelianceDigital I ordered an adaptor on 22nd with a next-day delivery promise. It’s 29th today and I still haven’t received the product or any update. Extremely disappointing service and lack of communication.

It's been almost a month n still my issue hasn't resolved yet even after calling customer care again n again. Today I again called n they are saying the product is delivered but I haven't received n product not even a call from delivery partner.
