@philipsindia such terrible customer service. We raised a service request and the request number is: "no6731910379719 has been scheduled for visit on Date . Technician name P Govind Rajmobile no 9036002979will be visiting to your home" u guys send these messages, but no response
@philipsindia The product name is Philips airfryer viva collection. I've called several times and there has been no response, I need the plastic part of the airfryer replaced since it's broken. The first technician gave me a quote on the phone and he disappeared.
@MyntraSupport bought this Mango tshirt literally one month back and after one use it's torn. Wow Myntra you're not able to even resolve this issue. Such poor customer service.
@MyntraSupport Your customer support said cause I raised a complaint after 38 days this cannot be considered. There is NO WAY on earth that this product would be torn in this time frame especially a mango brand. Either Myntra is just selling old stock products to their customers.
