@LauraLoomer I compared it to a bunch of different recordings from the year prior to his murder. The mouth and lip movements do not match Charlie's at all, nor does the audio match his natural way of speaking.

I had a flu shot this week (don't judge, I've got a heap of appointments this winter and my logical mind said it would be a good idea). My smarter-than-me body had an adverse reaction (it does that to the egg-based shot). Ugh.

I did 9 minutes on the cross trainer today, and I didn't get breathless until the last minute (reminder, though, that this from someone with chronic pain who could barely do a minute on it two weeks ago).

The goal is for either 20 minutes of cross-trainer, or a 40-minute walk.

Amazon saved The Expanse, so it's confusing they would pass on #Stargate, that ran for over a decade (including spinoffs & movies) on probably a budget that was a 1/4 of The Expanse. With Star Trek fading away on Paramount, it's a PERFECT time for a sci-fi series. #SaveStargate

@NZNationalParty I've said it before, I'll say it again: you do not stand with victims, because if you did, minimum sentences for violent or sexual offences would not be a thing. Alas, it is, and most of these fuckers get discounted to 6-12 months home detention. Do better.
