Consumers should not be punished for delivery delays caused by the distributor.
The booking period should be counted from the actual booking date, and rural consumers deserve the same treatment as urban consumers.

Urban consumers can book their LPG refill after 25 days, while rural consumers are forced to wait 45 days. On top of that, if the gas agency delays delivery, the actual gap between two cylinders can exceed 60 days.
