@AmazonHelp TBH, having high expectations of Amazon shopping experience and service, but quite disappointed with what happened so far, also time and effort needed to sort out such incident! I simply want what I paid for: Kindle! Or refund if it couldn’t be delivered!🙏

@AmazonHelp Yes, and I was advised “Risk of Loss” terms & conditions, and also reporting to police to find package :( Really?! Isn’t it Amazon or Carriers responsibility to deliver package to customer reliably?!
