@IRCTCofficial I booked a Vande Bharat Tatkal ticket via official app @ 10:03 AM. Payment went through but txn failed & I got refund SMS. Shockingly, ticket was issued at 10:56 am by then I'd already booked another! Why should I suffer due to system glitch? Need full refund ASAP
