हाईवे पर टोल ऑपरेटर को रेगुलर पेट्रोलिंग करके ऐसे रूके हुए ट्रकों को हटवाना चाहिए और ऐसी जगहों को चिन्हित कर वहाँ पर चेतावनी वाले बोर्ड तथा रिफ़्लेक्टर लगाये जाने चाहिए। स्पीड नियंत्रण के लिए स्पीड कैमरे लगाकर मॉनिटरिंग ज़रूरी है।
