@hthieblot That was the plan but the legal fees and licensing and data feed fees are too expensive in India.
That is one of the reason started looking for funding. Also need to hire a licensed advisor to expand the paid product
@suraj_sharma14 If getting funded by an indian VC, always India.
Also, if doing B2B or customers outside India, and can spare money, then go outside entity, if customers are Indian, then no
Because if you do Delaware, you need to jump through multiple legal hoops - too costly with no returns
No wonder fresh people don't get into @ycombinator without Ivy League degrees, more than 100k in ARR, or already having a founder with an exit.
45% of repeat YC founders, and there will be at least 20-25% with a referral.
And still, the failure rate is 95% 🤔🤔🤔
Looks more like an American surrender right now than a peace deal, Iran always said not Nuclear Weapons
Iran's loss:
- Supreme Leader and other leaders
- Loss of people and property
US's loss:
- Will pay for rebuilding (most likely)
- Losing military installations
- Lost footing in the Middle East
- Huge loss of capital and personal
- Bringing the failure of military dominance to public preview
Iran will gain:
- Assets released
- Sanctions removed
- Showed they are the new military leader of the ME
- Earn more - oil, toll (most likely)
- Will continue the missile program, support local orgs
US will gain:
- Maybe @realDonaldTrump gets the Nobel Peace Prize
- ??? Let me know if you can think of anything
Legacy of America continues:
- Failed at all war fronts after WWII
- Iran
- Afghanisatan
- Iraq
- Vietnam
Huge loss of life and american tax payers money, benefits only the Defence Industries - no matter who the president is, they will continue to wage war - not for people or peace or humanity, but to finance the Defence Industries
The next phase will be the militarisation of Tech sector
There are a couple of problems with this theory:
- People have sci-fi dreams to build things and the courage to start
- They fail because of technical skills
- They can solve without it by hiring, but funding is a blocker
- And the current VC world looks for team and growth, and what now even those who call themselves pre-idea, pre-product
- That too when being so strong in identifying and selection fails 95% of the time.
