Ordered iPhone 16 from @Flipkart and since the very first day it is having heating issues that even apple service centre couldn’t tackle. I’m trying to return/replace my phone but not getting any proper response. Is this how you treat your customers? @flipkartsupport

Would certainly advise everyone not to use @Flipkart for any online shopping. My experience is worst and as of now no customer care rep has reached out to me. Pathetic @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart worst service providers, even after registering my issue.. more than a day passed but no satisfactory response yet, not even a simple call. Highly disappointed.
