@HeroMotoCorp Condition of the REAR rim after 7 months. I begged the service centre to check this but they said they will only do for front rim. I dont think any kind of rust is very helpful for the tube, obvious 3-4 puncturs. My 20 year old Honda bike hasn't had this once. Give solution here.

@HeroMotoCorp Absolutely fucking amazing. Got front rim replaced last week. And now this. I am 10 minutes away from service centre and he says "puncture nahi dalega idhar, local shop me jao". Have the call recording too for proof. Great after sales service.

@HeroMotoCorp I have had both tyres go flat overnight several times, because of which I have been stuck in remote places. This is a joke for an "adventure bike", and the service centre not offering any help on top of that is utter bullshit.

7 months ago bought @HeroMotoCorp Xpulse 210. The rims are rusted already. 5 months ago when I asked service centre to check air leaks, their exact statement "we cannot work on tyres, will give you local shop number you can go there".

I want a direct, practical solution in time. I'm not going to wait for months. @HeroMotoCorp let me know which of the 4 service centres in Bengaluru will *replace the damaged rims under WARRANTY*. Arrange the spares and call me for a quick repair, not more than a day at max.

@NammaBESCOM Shame on you. 5-6 hours of daily power cuts in 2026. Is there no planning in the department? Are there no skilled engineers to implement permanent solutions? There needs to be accountability. Literally sleeping and waking up without electricity every day.
