Last week, I booked an urgent flight for my husband to travel from Doha to Kochi on @FlyWithIX. He arrived at the airport and was told that his booking had been cancelled. Only 2 of us had the PNR and I was on a flight at the time it was cancelled and he was asleep at 1:39 am.

@FlyWithIX told me that it was cancelled by me and gave me the IP address as well, which doesn't match any of our devices. Let alone the fact that it was cancelled at one in the morning. Not only this, I didn't receive any email notification about the cancellation either.

On my flight from Cochin to Doha, @airindiain's announcements were in the most complicated Hindi and English. Many keralites struggle with anything but Malayalam. It's a pity that the national carrier is not concerned about the safety of non-Hindi speakers.
