The final 45 minutes of the famous Sydney Test.
Captain Anil Kumble led from the front, batting with great confidence and determination.
His defence was rock solid as he stitched together a 48-run partnership (126 balls) with MS Dhoni, followed by another 25-run stand (53 balls) with Harbhajan Singh.
India came agonisingly close to draw but lost the match in a dramatic over from Michael Clarke, who dismissed Harbhajan, RP Singh and Ishant Sharma in the space of five balls.
Kumble remained unbeaten on 45 off 111 balls, fighting till the very end.
@CricCrazyJohns No hate to Vaibhav but Sanju is always under swinging sword man, this is indigestible.
Bloke's been playing under pressure from day one and even now.
Shame!
