@AzureSupport@MicrosoftAzure We have subscribed to Developer Plan ($29 per month). Still my support requests related to Microsoft Teams API is closed with the below comment:Your support request uses your subscriptionβs complimentary support which doesnβt cover developer issues.
@Azure@AzureSupport@MicrosoftAzure After paying $29 per month, how can this be a complimentary service. Can you please help us here. We are trying to get this issue resolved for 2-3 weeks now.
@AzureSupport I have a paid support plan (Plan - Developer) and have raised 2 issues with "Unauthorized Teams API" related error in the Azure Support Portal on March 22 and March 29. Both these issues are unattended. Please help me with the right escalation track.
