Very wise take.
I only understood this when I had to sell $NBIS, $INTC, $AMD due to covered calls but nevertheless a good and very very expensive lesson learnt.
You will NEVER get rich selling covered calls.
Let me explain why.
You own the shares = you're bullish.
Then you sell a call = you cap your own upside.
So when the company you LOVE finally rips 40%, you get called away at your low strike and watch it run without you...
You collected pennies to give away the steak.
Sell portfolio secured PUTS instead.
Take that premium. Buy MORE shares. Let them compound for years.
One strategy caps your upside.
The other compounds it.
Sold the $ASTS $63 cash-secured put and exited $UBER.
+$350 profit this week. 🎯
Targeting ~$200/week initially, so I’ll happily take this one 😎
Currently in $NVTS high short float has my attention. And with NVDA earnings coming up… 👀
New position: $UBER 🚗
Strong fundamentals.
Self-driving? I don’t see it as a real long-term threat.
Huge active user base + a business that keeps growing.
Macro might beat it up in the short term, but long term I see $UBER as a $100+ stock.
I’ll be accumulating every meaningful dip and sharing the updates live.
Let’s go 🚀
This was crazy 😂
I got a call from the Robinhood executive team and I’m still confused how they tracked down my account just from a screenshot.
@WheelieInvestor didn’t you get the same call? How did they get the details
Shoutout to @MarkFromPublic for reaching out and offering to show me around Public’s agentic trading
@RobinhoodApp@vladtenev
Looking to move my entire main portfolio (~300k) from Robinhood to Public
Robinhood’s margin setup feels a little misleading to me, and I think Public has the edge when it comes to agentic trading.
Curious does Public ever run 1–2% account-switching bonuses?
Might be time for a switch 👀
@WheelieInvestor how has your experience been with public?
@RobinhoodApp@public
@GerberKawasaki Not a good take.
This is capitalism. Everything is a business.
They did what they did.
$META did not force anyone.
Parents should be more mindful of their kids usage.

$hood probably has the most goated financial ecosystem with the brokerage and credit card.
How I use it:
I get my paycheck in Capital One. I don’t use Hood banking because it doesn’t have Zelle, and Capital One gives me my paycheck 2 days early.
I invest most of my paycheck and transfer it to my Hood account.
All my expenses are paid using the credit card, and the 3% cashback goes straight to my brokerage. I’ve made close to $3,300 so far.
I pay the credit card bill using my Hood account, so everything stays within the same ecosystem.
