I checked on the website, but could not find any clause that says that carrying the card is mandatory. Besides, she has travelled multiple times and almost always the tickets were booked my my brother in law.

@British_Airways my sisterinlaw is denied entry at Delhi airport because she is not carrying the card from which the booking was made. The flight leaves in 30 mins, 11:05 local time. Please help.
