पुनः मैं श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी से और भाजपा से यही अनुरोध करना चाहूँगा कि जितने IITs हैं, 23 में से 12 आप दलितों को दे दीजिए। अगर SC, ST, OBC एक जगह पर हैं।
यदि केवल SC, ST को देना चाहते हैं, OBC को आप अलग करना चाहते हैं, तो भी ठीक है, OBC को आप अलग कर दीजिए।

SC, ST 22% हैं, तो 23 में से 5-7 IIT इन लोगों को दे दीजिए। 7 IIT जो नई वाली, चमचमाती, बढ़िया वाली IITs हैं, ये इन लोगों को दे दो। वहाँ पर जितने भी faculty member इन जाति समूहों से आते हैं, उनको इंप्लॉय कर दो।

चंद्रशेखर रावण जैसे लोगों को भी प्रोफेसर बनाया जा सकता है। भीम आर्मी से mass recruit कर लीजिए। Humanities जो पढ़ाई जा रही है, ऐसे लोगों को भी contract दे दीजिए। मोदी जी, आप ही के तो लोग हैं वो। गोल्डन दास वहाँ Quantum Physics, Propellant Technology पढ़ाएँगे, राजकुमार कुशवाहा जी Energy Sciences या Metallurgy पढ़ा सकते हैं और चंद्रशेखर रावण जी को डीन बनाया जा सकता है।

ऐसे जितने बहुत बढ़िया लोग, उत्कृष्ट योगदान समाज में दे रहे हैं, उन सारे लोगों को इकट्ठा इन 7 IITs में दे दीजिए। AIIMS भी जितने बने हैं, उसमें से 'एक चौथाई +1' करके इनको दे दीजिए।

इनको देकर बोलिए कि हमें कोई discrimination नहीं चाहिए। हम चाहते हैं कि आप फलो-फूलो, मनुवादियों से आप अलग रहो।

मैं कह रहा हूँ, इन ब्राह्मणवादियों को, मनुवादियों को जातिवाद करने का अवसर ही क्यों देना? इनको अवसर मत दो।

ऐसा कर देने से वहाँ पर केवल और केवल उन्हीं जातियों के लोग होंगे। इससे क्या हो जाएगा? कोई जातिवाद नहीं रहेगा।

अपना बढ़िया वहाँ Humanities भी पढ़ाओ, YouTube पर वीडियो कैसे बनाएँ, Applied Thermodynamics वो पढ़ाओ। Aeroelasticity, Flight Mechanics, और Aircraft Instrumentation पढ़ाओ।
Jet Propulsion Laboratory जो MIT में है, उसका एक version इनको भी दे दो। Jet विमान ना सही, कुछ तो यहाँ पर बनाएं। इन लोगों को पूरा ecosystem create करने दीजिये, फिर बढ़िया एकदम innovation होगा।

और बाकी जो हैं, उनको छोड़ दो अपने हाल पर। जाओ पढ़ो, जाके ब्राह्मण से। OBC और अनारक्षित बच्चों को बाकी 17 IITs दे दीजिये। ये अपना यहाँ अलग पढेंगे।

Having visited at least 2 top IIMs to deliver lectures and interacted with the management and students, I believe we must next anticipate an IIT Bombay like situation in IIMs. The Ambedkarite-Periyarite activism in these institutions has reached alarming levels. Wait and watch.

When an IIT Bombay professor upholding exam integrity catches a student using ChatGPT or cheating 𝗛𝗘 should not be targeted with an FIR and a criminal probe!

Every student's life is deeply precious & one feels so bad the young student committed suicide & lost his life. IIT BOMBAY must ensure counseling. Our education system & institutions must prioritize mental & emotional health support for all children.

Prior to this case very unfortunate suicide, two other students at IIT BOMBAY also committed suicide & hence IIT BOMBAY needs to introspect within & urgently reform.

However framing honest teachers for enforcing rules sets a dangerous precedent as it kills meritocracy and fuels brain drain.

During my https://t.co/zANOEvvHvH, most of us had no idea what caste our batchmates belonged to. Many of my close friends were SC/ST. We never discussed it. It never entered any conversation or decision. Not once. Our exposure to the humanities department was limited, though — the term "Brahmanical patriarchy" didn't even exist back then.

As a teacher, I don't ask a student's name before solving their doubt. Often I don't know their name at all — some of my classes have 300+ students. We treat them all the same. So does every colleague I know. So did every professor who taught me.

Social media has now filled vulnerable students' heads with a lot of manufactured grievance about caste discrimination that, in my experience, doesn't exist.

IIT बॉम्बे के छात्र साहिल वाकोड़े परीक्षा में मोबाइल लेकर पकड़े गए। IIT के मुताबिक प्रश्नपत्र ChatGPT पर अपलोड कर जवाब लेने की कोशिश की गई.

ड्यूटी पर मौजूद प्रोफेसर सूर्यनारायण डूला ने पकड़ लिया। IIT का दावा है कि न सस्पेंड किया, न कोई अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की—काउंसलिंग करके वापस भेज दिया.

फिर साहिल की मौत हो गई। परिवार ने जातिगत उत्पीड़न के आरोप लगाए और अब प्रोफेसर पर SC/ST Act और आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने की FIR दर्ज है। IIT ने जातिगत भेदभाव के आरोपों से इनकार किया है.

अब जरा इस व्यवस्था पर सवाल पूछिए...

परीक्षा में नकल रोकना अपराध है या जाति देखकर नकल रोकनी चाहिए?

क्या IIT में परीक्षा के नियम भी अब जाति देखकर लागू होंगे ?

मोबाइल लेकर परीक्षा में बैठना—नियमों का उल्लंघन
AI पर प्रश्नपत्र डालकर जवाब लेना—गंभीर सवाल
प्रोफेसर का पकड़ना—उसका काम

लेकिन छात्र की मौत के बाद अगर हर सवाल का जवाब SC/ST Act में खोजा जाएगा, तो कल शायद परीक्षा में नकल पकड़ने से पहले invigilator को यह पूछना पड़े “पहले जाति बता दीजिए, फिर नकल रोकूं”

जातिगत भेदभाव के आरोपों की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए, लेकिन जांच से पहले किसी को दोषी घोषित करना भी न्याय नहीं है।

नकल रोकने वाला शिक्षक अपराधी और नकल करने वाला पीड़ित—क्या यही नया अकादमिक मॉडल है?

अब एक नया रोहित वेमुला बनाया जाएगा। उसके टॉपर होने की मनोहर कहानियाँ बाहर आने लगी हैं। यह भी बताया जाएगा कि वो हॉस्टल में न्यूक्लियर पावर्ड जेट इंजन ब्रेकथ्रू के काफी निकट था जो एक बारह वोल्ट की लिथियम-प्लूटोनियम बैटरी से चल सकती थी।

परंतु, ब्राह्मणवादी प्रोफेसर ने टेक्नॉल्जी ले ली और उसे जातिसूचक गालियाँ देते हुए कहा कि क्या अब ‘अपशब्द अपशब्द अपशब्द’ भी पढ़ाई करेंगे? फिर भी साहिल ने हार नहीं मानी और परीक्षा में बैठा।

फिर, प्रोफेसर ने चुपके से उसके फोन में चैटजीपीटी एप्प खोल दिया और फोटो खींच कर अपलोड कर दिया। फिर जा कर उसे पकड़ लिया, बाहर ले गया और पुनः जातिसूचक गालियाँ दी।

मैं मानता हूँ कि प्रोफेसर के कान में सीसा पिघला कर डाला जाना चाहिए। और मोदी एक्ट की महानतम धारा लगानी चाहिए।
