@AskPTSB Like why not make an app that actually works for everyone. As I already said the app was deleted and reinstalled. And still nothing. Always having issues with this app it’s disgraceful

And the most frustrating part is I cannot access my money now. The website directs me to the app. The app won’t work.

@AskPTSB This app never works when needed. When I attempt to transfer money, the app fails to load the page. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app multiple times, but issue continues. My Internet access is perfect also. Could this be addressed as soon as possible?

@askpermanenttsb No they always showed up in pending transactions and balances always went down after a transaction. But with the new update balances are rarely updated, and then can update multiple times throughout the day even when no transactions happened or directs debits etc

@lifestylesports why can you not refund me the entire amount of the order you cancelled on me?? I’ve received 2 emails today stating you will refund me random amounts. What exactly is the issue?? You don’t answer calls or emails, for an Irish store I’m very disappointed

@askpermanenttsb It also states it on your website “If the account is a Joint Account we require all parties to sign the account closure form”. Can you pls send this to me???

@askpermanenttsb I want to close a joint account down - is it possible to get the account closure form e/mailed as I never get a chance to get into branch??

@askpermanenttsb Actually I was told differently when I rang up yesterday I was told a closure form had to be filled out so can you confirm this???
