If you run a 4830 sprayer this tip might save you a ton of cash.
Both rear hubs took a dump at 1500ish hours. I religiously changed hub oil with synthetic Deere oil every 100 hrs in the rears and didn’t fill them all the way “per Deere bulletin” , also tried other brands of 85/140 with no luck.
New hubs oil still looked like crap after 100hrs , switched to this hd460 reverser oil and it comes out non burnt and looking nice. I only add about 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 qts vs the 2+ manual calls for.
