I notice sometimes we really take for granted how easy it is to be someone, make crazy money, and have the amount of privilege in the USA.

Despite all the flaws.

Geographical luck is so real.

Agent: “the house is vacant, there’s a lock box on the gas pipe, I made sure all the utilities are on, all the smoke alarms are in, carbon monoxide detectors are in, water heater is double strapped, there’s some snacks on the countertop left over from the open house and some water if you want anything, and I left a couple good comparables we used for pricing on the kitchen counter near the stove, please go by the house any time”
