@royalenfield Hi... I replaced a new exide battery for my himalayan in Marthandam service station on Jan. Now the battery is not working, even after manual charging the charge drops in two days. I lost the warranty card. They said they cannot do anything.

#2 I asked for reciept, they said for battery there is no receipt and there wont be any history of bills in their system. Is this expected? If they can give my receipt, atleast i can try to get battery replacement directly from exide showroom.

hi @airindiain when we book flight ticket for infant, first name was reduced to 5 characters when doing to payment. Is it normal? I even tried multiple times, first name was always shortened to 5 characters. Please advise

Hello @blrcustoms, Fedex shipment with Tracking ID 275886571085 is pending for Custom clearance for a week. Please help to resolve it, when called Fedex they said that it is pending from customs and we don't have a proper timeline. Its been a week already!
