@SimonBrundish i get what this is saying but that's assuming fully that he's not doing explosiveness work apart from the games, which is obviously wrong. most of the work that goes into explosiveness is done in the gym, the games are only an output of it, so for me this is more freak than not.
Does anyone else have this feeling we pull off something a bit mad tonight?
Feel it’s the type of scenario that defines us as a team in Europe this, backs against the wall, nobody giving us a chance.
We thrive here.
@TheRedmenTV it will? we don't have to win for the goal to be absolutely gorgeous. 10 years down I'll def still remember the goal and how we celebrated it, and not the result :)
@beth_lindop i mean it's the most obvious red card no? haaland taps that in if not for the szobo foul. a goal has consequences on the entire table, not just the match going on.
@ctt_carys it's an issue that should have been resolved internally instead of going public at a time when the team was down. there's no sides to be taken here, the only one who's come out at the bottom end is Liverpool and the fans.
@ctt_carys how has Gerrard supported Salah?
he's said that Liverpool needs salah back to his best, which is true and something everyone knows, and that his comments and things he said were wrong, which is what everyone unhappy with the situation is saying, not that he can't be unhappy.
Its crazy to me that this is somehow an unpopular opinion on this topic. Football fans in general are becoming more of certain player fans and not fans of the clubs and this Salah example is the biggest proof of that for me.
🚨🗣️𝗡𝗘𝗪: Thierry Henry on Mohamed Salah's comments: "I had problems with Wenger, with Guardiola… Have you ever heard me talk about it publicly? NEVER. I protected the club."
"When you play for a club, you must protect it at all costs. No matter what’s happening internally, you protect the club — your teammates, the manager, the staff."
"You can be angry, frustrated, disagree… but you don’t air dirty laundry in public, especially when the club is going through difficult moments."
"Instead, you wait, you sort things out internally, and then, if you want to leave or speak your mind, you do it at the right time."
"I understand the ego and Mo’s frustration... He scores 38 goals and ends up on the bench, but there comes a point where you must put the team before yourself.”

@AndyGni does there have to be a side I'm taking? a lot of things are going wrong right now, decisions slot has taken and now the decision salah has taken both fall under that.
Alex Ferguson would fine the player and leave him at home. I don't give a fuck how weak Slot's position is. The manager has to display authority. Otherwise, he comes across weak & servile. The amount of Mo sycophants & ass lickers on here is incredible. Slot is on the money here
I still find it fascinating that people are defending Mo Salah for doing that interview. I just assumed everyone would agree it was wrong.
He has every right to be upset for being benched, no LFC player should be happy to be benched, but that’s not how you go about expressing that anger/upset.
@Asdull1Muhammed My true colours are that I adore Mohamed Salah, he’s literally my hero 😂 why wouldn’t he be? Two things can be true at the same time mate, don’t be so quick to react. He’s still my hero but Carra CAN also be right about the situation.
stop taking the Chelsea Egypt comments in such a wrong stupid way lmao THAT'S SO DAFT.
he responded to Salah's interview where he was making everything about himself, not thinking that without the team no one would've achieved anything. ALL HE'S SAYING IS CLUB FIRST.
@NotoriousLFC I'm genuinely curious about what's so wrong with what he's said? the chelsea Egypt comments are being taken in a very wrong context, all he's saying is that the CLUB comes first. if u don't perform u get dropped. stop talking how much u have done FOR the club. club first, always.
a leader doesn't do what Salah has done with his interview. simple as that. no other club leader would do that. what tf is happening at this club this year just take me back to may when we were lifting the trophy 😭😭
are people stupid? all carra is saying here is that don't talk about Liverpool like u made the club what it is, the club is bigger. that's all. fkn hell is everyone on this app daft
