Cards on the table time here. Pressley has been sold a bill of goods from John Nelms. To me, all the talk of how difficult a job this is from SP isn't about on the pitch, it's all the off pitch stuff. He's talked several times of the problems with the infrastructure of the club, such as training facilities. All the things SP has criticised off the field are bang on and should have been in place donkeys ago.

The problems don't start with the manager. They start at the people running the club. I've said it many times, the problems begin with John Nelms and his repeated incompetence in his role. He is not fit for purpose. He has overseen failure repeatedly, yet hides behind a charade of nonsense and deflection. For all the talk of a new stadium, we won't have a club fit to play in one if real action isn't taken and competent people in charge of the day to day running of it.

But Dundee FC is a jobs for the boys club and has been for some time. Until that changes, we will sleep walk into more and more failure.
