@ubereats_uk you have the worst delivery drivers. Please add a PIN code to every order. Waited an hour and my driver just left it at a random building in my area, texted me to tell me so and left. Knew it was the wrong address and did not care. Can’t even find the food. Awful.

Emailed @riverisland and tweeted @riverislandhelp but still nothing for my return. #evri#hermesparcel is the worst and won’t collect my packages. I’ll be forced to lose out because of them. How awful. No help from river island, so disappointing
@riverislandhelp I requested evri collection for my return. They didn’t come to collect on time yesterday & claimed they couldn’t access it 2 hours late when it was left with 24/7 concierge. Now they marked it as no longer needed. Please help, I can provide the tracking details
@riverisland returning a parcel to you is so difficult with #evri I have asked for collection but the driver didn’t even turn up and there’s no way to contact evri. Awful
@UberEats worst customer service ever. It’s impossible to even speak to someone??? My order was never delivered after I waited an hour and my driver won’t pick up. A refund doesn’t really suffice, I want my food.. WTF
Worst service for @qatarairways business class @HeathrowAirport 1 hour wait for check in (longer than economy), rude staff at counter, non sensical demands… standard has dropped. Disappointing.
Avoided @Deliveroo for almost a month and decided to give them another go. My driver didn’t respond to ANY of my messages. @Deliveroo CS says I’ll still be charged cuz he apparently called me. Despite him being unresponsive. No explanation on the lack of response. OUTRAGEOUS.
