@Frank_ethhh@Mutuabrian_M Lost a quintuple digit deal because PayPal wouldn't just allow the person to send me money. They kept reversing it. The client backed out. We had already done a few deals and the person wanted to scale up.
@DismasWaTabu And they made sure that the Jurisdiction under which African PayPal accounts fall is in some Asian country. So if you want to sue them, you have to do it in that country and not any other country ๐ ๐ ๐

These other stores were used to giving us 5% to 10% discounts. Most of those discounts matched prices from local shops. Basically, it wasn't really offers but marketing. Until Carrefour arrived. 50% to 60% off.
@m_r_kelvin@georgediano All of these stores operate like that. Non-essential items cost double or triple. But if it wasn't for Carrefour, most of us wouldn't have had a taste of "premium" brands for cheap during promotions.

My main concern is that the dorm was overcrowded. Beds along the corridor and beds inside the cubicles barely have adequate spacing.
@BakwassSmiling@instagram Surprisingly, My Facebook and Instagram accounts got suspended for suspicious activity. Managed to recover my Instagram but the Facebook account was permanently disabled an hour later after suspension. ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ
@EvanoMemba I remember back in 2008 when Rwanda's Govt made the move to transform public transport. Operators demonstrated but the Govt matched forward with it's plan. Here in Kenya, that mission died when Michuki got transferred from the transport docket.
