I hate sounding like a karen but hearing all the other terrible customer service stories in Cebu with @PLDT_Cares, parang I need to call you out na rin publicly. we tried calling 171, FB msgr, and visiting your ofc - nothing works. Kahit puntahan kami sa bahay to check up wala
