@ola_supports Hey @OlaSupport, I had a horrifying experience with one of your drivers (Nirankar Chauhan) on 19 July -threatening behavior, fake toll charges, & I was dropped midway yet forced to pay the full fare.
It took multiple follow-ups to get a response. Not acceptable.

Had a terrifying Ola ride on 19 July.
- Driver: Nirankar Chauhan:
– Took a longer route
– Faked ₹100 toll
– Dropped me midway
– Demanded full cash payment for an incomplete ride
@Olacabs responded only after multiple follow-ups.

@Olacabs Horrifying experience with Ola (CRN: 9591764478). Driver deliberately took a wrong route, ended the trip midway, and threatened us to pay the full fare, which we had to. This is a serious safety failure. Need a urgent response and swift resolution.
