Defence Builder introduces UGV TAUREX โ one of the products participating in our Batch 3.0 Acceleration programme.
TAUREX is a wheeled unmanned ground vehicle designed for logistics and evacuation missions in terrain where conventional vehicles lose mobility and operational effectiveness. 1/6
The first iteration of the system has been patented, successfully completed a certified military obstacle course, and received Brave1 expert validation as a promising technology for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. TAUREX was also presented during the EUโUA Defence Forum in Brussels in 2025, while an upgraded version of the platform is already in development. 5/6
Special thanks to Brave1 for supporting and validating the technology โ and to our co-investors who backed MaXon at pre-seed: Freedom Fund, Green Flag Ventures (USA), Hede Capital (Sweden), and Big Defence (Finland). 7/7
๐ฅOur DB Fund portfolio company MaXon Systems has confirmed its first combat intercept of a Shahed drone in fully autonomous mode. The technology was tested by the 12th Special Purpose Center. 1/7
We are proud to have been the first to invest in MaXon and Oleksiy Solntsev โ and even prouder to watch them deliver. A team that keeps pushing the technology further until it works exactly where it matters. 6/7

Until now, this has largely been government territory. We believe accelerators have a responsibility to change that. This workshop is where it starts.

Ukraine's defence industry has proved it can innovate under fire.
The next challenge is different: building the structures and quality frameworks that open doors to NATO supply chains.
We decided to start working on that. Here's what we did ๐งต

"Until now, Ukraine has produced based on survival. Now we must think long-term and strategically alongside our allies, working toward the same standards like NATO AQAP." โ Line Rindvig, CEO of Defence Builder Accelerator
We build every DB Accelerator Batch around one question: what will the frontline need in 6-12 months? Not what's trendy or looks good in a deck. What actually works when it matters. Batch 3.0 was built around that answer ๐งต
100+ decision-makers in the room. The kind of people who can actually move things forward โ sign contracts, write checks, give clearances. That's the whole point of Demo Day.
