It has been a while I said my #GM here

Didn’t realize how I stopped looking after myself while locked into Web3.
I stayed home all the time, ate properly maybe not healthily , and spent nearly all my time online, with less than 11 hours outside each week.

That took a toll on my body and mind.
I’m taking back my health prioritizing fitness, better routines, and a balanced life that lets me show up, do my thing, while paying more attention to my health and looks

I’ll still be around with clearer energy and healthier habits while the gym becomes my No 1 priority in the next two months.

Let’s rise and grind💪
