Looking back at the Senate records from May 30, 1866, it’s clear what the authors of the 14th Amendment intended. Senator Jacob Howard explicitly stated it wouldn't apply to 'foreigners' or 'aliens' born here. The Supreme Court has strayed far from this original meaning - it's a complete misinterpretation of our history.

🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.

The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”.

ISLAM CONQUERS WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA

Another show of force in the Old Dominion. Democrats are celebrating their demographic conquest....

Shia Muslims marched through the streets of Woodbridge yesterday in a full Ashura Juloos - flags flying, chants echoing, the whole imported ritual on public roads.

They started and ended right at the site of their new mosque being built on Prince William Parkway.

This wasn’t some quiet religious gathering in a basement.

This was a public procession to make sure Virginia knows they’re here, organized, and growing.

The group behind it?

The Mohammadia Center of Virginia.

They openly describe themselves as “a cornerstone for the Shia Muslim community in the Washington Metropolitan area.”

Their membership is “predominantly from Pakistan and India” and they’ve “expanded to welcome members from Iranian, Afghan, and Iraqi backgrounds.”

What exactly do we have in common with those countries?

⚠️Pakistan: Blasphemy laws that can get you lynched or sentenced to death for insulting Islam. Honor killings still happen. Child marriage remains a massive problem. Homosexuality is illegal and punishable by prison or worse. Christians and Hindus are under non-stop threat.

⚠️Iran: Mandatory hijab enforced by morality police. Women beaten and arrested for showing hair. Homosexuals executed. The regime openly calls for the destruction of Israel and chants “Death to America.”

⚠️Afghanistan: Under Taliban rule, girls are banned from secondary education. Women erased from public life. Beatings for not wearing the burqa. Homosexuality punishable by death. Little boys are treated as s*x slaves by Islamic men.

Iraq: Decades of sectarian violence, Sharia-influenced laws and a culture where criticizing Islam or leaving the faith can get you killed. Do you think they grow up liking America!?

These are the source countries and cultural backgrounds proudly represented in this “community” that is now building a permanent Sharia-adherent mosque and Imambargh complex in Woodbridge.

They acquired the land in 2016, paid it off with community donations and interest-free loans (aka SHARIA), and are now entering the construction phase for a full mosque and congregation hall.

They’re debt-free and expanding.

This is how it works: first the procession, then the mosque, then more processions from the new mosque.

Towns and cities across Virginia (and America) are being transformed one march and one building permit at a time.

Woodbridge used to be a normal suburban Virginia town.

Now it’s hosting public Ashura processions while the same community builds a major Islamic center on Prince William Parkway.

They’re not hiding it. They’re celebrating it, while our political leaders pretend the takeover of America is not happening!

Virginia, and the rest of America, better wake up before every quiet suburb has its own imported victory parade and growing parallel society.

This is demographic and cultural conquest dressed up as faith. Enough!

🚨🔥STATE GAS TAX: Congratulations, Virginians! Your STATE gas tax is going UP today! Guess who to thank?🔥

The last time they had a trifecta, Virginia Democrats passed a state law that overhauled transportation funding & was signed by Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam. The law, passed in 2020, converted Virginia’s existing gasoline tax (previously a percentage of the wholesale price) to a fixed cents-per-gallon (CPG) rate.

This rate was phased up over two years and then indexed annually to inflation — adjusted based on changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), starting July 1, 2022.

⏫So, EVERY year on July 1, Virginia's state gas tax is adjusted HIGHER.

The state gasoline tax rose from 16.2¢/gallon to 21.2¢ on July 1, 2020, then to 26.2¢ on July 1, 2021, with CPI indexing thereafter.

Similar changes applied to diesel (to 27¢/gallon by July 1, 2021, then indexed).

It also expanded and converted a separate regional “wholesale fuel” tax (previously limited and percentage-based) to a fixed statewide CPG rate (around 7.6¢ for gas) that is also CPI-indexed.

Note that the indexed rate can still be adjusted or suspended by future legislation. For example, Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin proposed suspending the state gas tax and also capping future increases. Va. Republicans proposed a gas tax holiday this year. All were rebuffed by the Va. Democrat majority.

So, the very times that families need a break, the state gas tax piles on!
