YEO olarak, küresel ölçekte 1 GW hedefimize adım adım ilerlerken, önemli bir gelişmeyi paylaşmaktan mutluluk duyarız: Defic Globe markamızla, Romanya’da Scatec Asa ile birlikte 190 MWp GES yatırım projesine başlıyoruz. Projede Scatec %65, Defic Globe ise %35 hisseye sahip olacak. Ayrıca, santralin uçtan uca inşası grup şirketlerimiz tarafından gerçekleştirilmek üzere ön sözleşme imzaladık.

Bununla birlikte, projelerimiz Romanya enerji piyasasında 15 yıl boyunca sabit fiyat garantisi sunan fark sözleşmeleri (CFD) mekanizmasına dahil olma hakkı kazandı. Bu gelişme, yatırımlarımızın finansal güvenliğini güçlendirirken, sürdürülebilir enerji dönüşümüne katkımızı da pekiştirecek.

As YEO, we are pleased to share another significant development while stepping forward our global 1 GW target: Under Defic Globe brand of Yeo Teknoloji, we are launching a 190 MWp solar power investment project in Romania with partnership with Scatec Asa. In this project, Scatec will hold a 65% stake, while Defic Globe will have a 35% share. Additionally, we have signed a EPC Term Sheet for the turn-key construction of the power plant to be made by our group companies.

Furthermore, our projects have been awarded for the Contract for Difference (CFD) mechanism in the Romanian energy market, which guarantees a fixed price for 15 years. This development strengthens the financial security of our investments while reinforcing our contribution to the sustainable energy transition.

🚩DEFIC GLOBE markamızla Çin’in önde gelen enerji gruplarından Shangai Electric Power ile 129 MWp kapasiteli santrallerin yatırımı için ortaklık anlaşması imza törenini Romanya Bükreş’de gerçekleştirdik.

Romanya’da kurulacak olan güneş santrallerinin yatırımıyla beraber; mühendislik hizmetleri, yüksek gerilim trafo merkezleri ve enerji nakil hatlarının kurulumu dahil anahtar teslim inşaatı da grubumuz tarafından yapılacaktır. Yatırım tutarı 65,8 milyon Euro olan santrallerin yapımına kısa sürede başlayacağız.

2030 yılına kadar 1 GW yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesine ulaşma hedefimize bu önemli projeyle bir adım daha yakınız!🚩

🚩With our DEFIC GLOBE brand, we held the partnership agreement signing ceremony with Shanghai Electric Power, one of China's leading energy groups, for the 129 MWp capacity power plant investment in Bucharest, Romania.

With the solar power plant investment to be established in Romania; Turnkey construction, including engineering services, installation of high voltage substations and power transmission lines, will also be carried out by our group. We will start the construction of power plants in a short time with an investment cost of 65.8 million Euros.

With this important project, we are one step closer to our goal of reaching 1 GW renewable energy capacity by 2030!🚩

7,4 MWpp gücündeki bu projemizde güneş enerjisi santrali, yılda yaklaşık 220.000 ağaç emilimine eşit CO2 salınımını önleyecek ve yaklaşık 2.700 hanenin yıllık enerji ihtiyacını karşılayacaktır.

We inaugurated our 7.4 MWp solar power plant investment in the Bressana region of Italy with our Defic Globe brand and Yiltun Energie SRL!

With this 7.4 MWp project we will save an amount of CO2 equivalent to what approximately 220,000 trees absorb annually and can meet the annual energy needs of around 2,700 households.
