@jellyaeious The contract was drafted by hybe legal team and it drafts for every other groups too it is how hybe works. Due to some clauses on the contract they are not allowed to talk about it even if contract is terminated. But mhj is also equally liable to this not just hybe.

@SMOKESPR7TE You are right but when it comes to conglomerate companies sub-label executives don’t have any involvement in contracts unless separate legal teams for each subsidiary are assigned and in hybe’s case they have only one legal team of parent company which works for every sub-labels.

@fiftyfiftydivas Genuinely do you actually literate or not. All the contracts are drafted by hybe legal team sub label has no interference in that and most probably every hybe artist is under same contract as newjeans
