@NHLFoley @CMielock This is spot on. I actually like the grit/skill level of the bottom six too. Merrill will be a beast. Roukunakis will bring leadership and experience. Bednarik and Morello and C3 and C4 is a sign of depth.

I’ve always found it odd that soccer with an average of 3-4 goals scored in a game combined, doesn’t play sudden death/golden goal but lacrosse, with maybe 30-35 goals per game, does.

@johnmulligan691 @Lotto6445151 @davehall1289 I know the change has led to a tremendous influx of CHL players. My point is that there were already lots of Canadians playing NCAA. Celebrini, Fantilli, Kariya, Ed Belfour, etc.

@Lotto6445151 @davehall1289 Look at the rosters for most colleges 5-10 years ago. Tons of Canadians and Europeans already. Maybe a few more Europeans are trying the NCAA path, but it’s not a big change. And the $$ isn’t like in Football or B-ball.

@chrismpeters Is Fensore a career AHLer? I really thought his skating would get him a shot in the NHL, despite his size. Of all the smooth skating small d-men at BU (Grzelcyk, Farrance, etc.) I thought he was the smoothest.
