Tras las críticas recibidas por pronunciar incorrectamente el nombre de Jungkook y por la forma en que posteriormente respondió a ARMY, Woody, presentador de The Woody Show, ofreció disculpas a Jungkook y ARMY en un video publicado en la cuenta oficial del programa en Instagram.

Reconoció que debió tomarse el tiempo para aprender a pronunciar correctamente el nombre de Jungkook y asumió la responsabilidad por haberse puesto a la defensiva y decir cosas que no correspondían.

También destacó los logros de BTS, señalando que son uno de los grupos más grandes del mundo, y reconoció la enorme comunidad global que han construido y la pasión de ARMY.
