@dezzaxx_ When I was an academic caseworker at UEL, wehad huge problems with lecturers not accepting extenuating circumstances from black students, but always from mediocre white boys. They were just desperate to lock them off their courses

'change takes time.' This is considering it took little to no time to employ an all white department. But when questions of racial equity &accountability are raised, it going to 'take time' for actions you implemented within seconds!
