@GillGripper Part of what we see worth making changes for are the ppl that legally have guns but don't take care of them responsibly. So a child or someone else commits a crime with it.
Yes, they lawfully own it. It's their right. But it's not right. U see?

@GillGripper Yes, I know. Not every state is using the same place for info. 13 states use state enforcement for background checks. There's a lot more to say too like selling at gun shows & not having to do the background checks, etc. Too many ways to get around the law.

@GillGripper Well, they aren't as readily accessible as they would've been had they been kept legal.
Now, some of it gets seized at the border or by local or state police at least. Keeps some of the fentanyl from killing a few less people.
