0.14.2 was delivered to address a bug in a new feature we introduced (and had planned to introduce) in 0.14.1.

For context: Terraform 0.14.2+ will now warn you, when using TFC, if a local operation could inadvertently upgrade the version of Terraform used in a remote workspace.

@jidar @mitchellh No worries at all! I think we can do a better job of providing actionable info in the CLI. I'm glad you brought it up.

@jidar @mitchellh More importantly, we did discover a bug (thanks to @ptyng too!) that 0.13.5 and 0.14.0 are not printing the redirect message we expect to see. That message would have noted the necessary namespace change. Thanks for highlighting the issue and we'll get a fix in shortly.

@jidar @mitchellh Hey @jidar, Terraform 0.13 introduced a new `required_providers` syntax that allows for namespaced providers. The VRA provider's namespaces is "vmware/vra" which you can define as the provider's source. 1/3
