@_jasonwei For #3 - I am not entirely surprised that documentation tends to always be undervalued in bigger organizations. Good thing is now there are more tools that automatically documents things - hope people adopt those practices more.

@_jasonwei For #1 - I feel a lot of bigger organizations are trying to build in-house tools to give themselves the most flexibility. This is great but the platform teams really need to focus on adoption of these tools and iterate on it. It's a multi-year undertaking almost always.

Sculpt style - add free weights. Align style - focuses on form. And many in between.

It was mostly about flexibility and some level of strength. The aerobic style of Yoga (Vinyasa or Ashtanga) was much more popular in US and then now may have infiltrated Indian yoga circuit.
