@British_Airways Nearly 48 hours and still nothing. Not even the courtesy on the flight out to let us know there was literally no luggage on the flight. Holiday ruined but you don’t care about that. As a company you must have an indication of how long it will take to clear the backlog?

@ScotRail day 2 of the new timetable. 7.09 from Dunfermline Town cancelled and the next train turns up with 3 carriages rather than the usual 5. What’s the excuse today from the ScotRail random excuse generator??
