Turns out the Symfony ErrorHandler (a very small package) is already doing this. It allows any PSR-3 logger to log specific levels.

These websites now use https://t.co/IlO2ZExbkb instead of Python's Sphinx library. This a nice change: it's easier to maintain (no more Python) & easier to extend (just write PHP)
