you are either dumb or grabbing for attention. share capital has to be eur 1 max. notary has standard docs for ug contracts. you can get them for less than eur 1k. tax registry can be done at the moment of incorporation (ug co kg i.g.) - you don’t need tax advisor for that. eur invoices can be done without tax id through stornorechnung. i have multiple ug‘s and have paid less than 1k in total per company. took no longer than 3 weeks from start to finish.

europe is cooked and cannot compete - we crossed the point of no return. just met eric weinstein in buenos aires to understand what they / peter thiel are doing here. breathtaking european architecture, rich culture, great coffee house culture, low-cost high quality of life. hyperinflation hell / economic hardship forced milei into radical reset to reposition the country for new golden age. most liberal ai framework on earth, giving agents full legal personhood - basically what the dutch east india company did to the world with the ltd/llc. they are trying to build what silicon valley was for the internet - cisco, netscape, yahoo, google - but for the agentic economy. the vibe, buzz and the talent here is prime. this is only one example of the competition eu countries face. other countries are trying to do the same, singapore, uae for ex. but none of them offer the same full package as buenos aires does. having seen and experienced this, europe feels like what it can do best - self-administration to death.

that’s attention grabbing. you can not run claude local. all local models like ollama are way inferior than opus modells. you can save hosting with this and low process tasks but no deep research high quality stuff etc. it’s basically running a volkswagen but if you need the ferrari you still gotta pay premium dollars to anthropic.
