I think the @NTCPH will need to look up to this. @DtiPhilippines since mabilis sila magcut pero never ako nahuli magbayad ha. pero sa serbisyo, unprofessional.

check nyo if sa loob ng subdivision sa inyo. dito samin cut lahat ng Meralco lahat ng internet provider dahil nakakabit sila sa poste ng meralco. baka kaya wala din sa inyo kasi wla din silang sariling poste.

@PLDT_Cares@PLDTHome There’s a clearing operation today, and all the lines, including internet cables from various providers, were cut. Do you know that your lines on Meralco poles were taken down? Been calling 171 but it's busy. How come you didn't advise about these issues.

@PLDT_Cares You are not allowed to put wires on Meralco posts, that’s why our internet was cut off. What are we paying for if you don’t have your own posts? We will not be paying for the days without internet. You’re even offering Netflix and speed ups. Resolve this issue ASAP.
